Application Effect Analysis of Perioperative Nursing Under the Concept of Fast Track Surgery Combined with Nutritional Support in Elderly Patients Undergoing Femoral Neck Fracture Surgery

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of perioperative nursing under the concept of fast track surgery(FTS)combined with nutritional support in elderly patients undergoing femoral neck fracture surgery.Methods:Data of 92 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture admitted to Zhangye People's Hospital Affiliated to Hexi University from June 2022 to May 2023 were retrospectively analysis,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to different nursing modes,with 46 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received perioperative nursing under the concept of FTS combined with nutritional support.Both groups were followed up with continuous care for 3 months.The postoperative recovery,nutritional status,pain and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The first time of getting out of bed,length of stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).One week after surgery,the levels of serum pre albumin,hemoglobin,transferrin and albumin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).One week after surgery,the Pain Visual Analogue Scale score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.35%,which was lower than 17.39%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of perioperative nursing under the concept of FTS combined with nutritional support in elderly patients undergoing femoral neck fracture surgery can improve their nutritional status,shorten postoperative recovery time,alleviate postoperative pain and reduce the occurrence of complications.关键词
