Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of clinical nursing pathway(CNP)mode on postoperative recovery and psychological state of patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods:A total of 100 patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy admithed to Wenshang County People's Hospital from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,while the observation group was treated with CNP mode.The postoperative recovery,psychological state,pain degree,quality of life and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The time of hospitalization,bowel sound recovery,the first postoperative exhaust and the first postoperative getting out of bed in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Seven days after the intervention,the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale,Hamilton Depression Scale and Pain Visual Analogue Scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Seven days after the intervention,the scores of physical pain,social function,physiological function,mental health,physiological function,energy,over all health and emotional function in the MOS Item Short from health survey of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.00%,which was lower than 20.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:CNP mode can relieve pain and psychological burden,accelerate postoperative recovery,improve quality of life and reduce complications in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.关键词
