摘要

Abstract

The exit section of the shield shield of the Zhanjiang Bay Subsea Tunnel Project is mainly in soft soil formation,and the soil depth at the shallowest part of the formation is only 4.6 m.In view of the construction risks brought by the ultra-shallow soil formation,pre-reinforcement measures for the ultra-shallow soil formation are proposed.The reinforcement area of the receiving section adopts deep-hole grouting,pile foundation cover plate and triaxial mixing piles full reinforcement measures.The end of the shield receiving shaft adopts comprehensive reinforcement measures of triaxial mixing piles+cement mortar ground connecting walls+high-pressure rotary grouting to improve the soil strength and strictly control the shield parameters.To ensure the construction safety of the shield during receiving,the engineering practice results show that the attitude of the shield is well controlled after receiving,and the surface settlement is within the control value range.The pre-reinforcement measures in this paper can be used for receiving the shield under similar ultra-shallow soil-covered stratum conditions.Provide reference for construction.
