摘要

Abstract

In the face of the development of new engineering,it is urgent to transform the training of computer pro-fessionals from traditional teaching mode to comprehensive quality training mode.In response to the main problems of lagging curriculum system,weak ideological and political education,insufficient innovation ability,and loose coupling between industry,academia,and research in the current talent cultivation of computer majors,a talent cultivation model of"integrating specialization,ideologies,and innovation"is proposed.The design principles and implementation path of this model are discussed,including curriculum system optimization,teaching method inno-vation,deepening of school enterprise cooperation,etc.The significant effects of the new talent cultivation model in student employment,subject competitions,teaching achievements,etc.are verified,providing new ideas for building a student-centered,ability oriented multidimensional cultivation system and cultivating composite applied talents that meet the needs of the times.
