产教融合视域下现代产业学院协同育人机制探究
Exploring the collaborative education mechanism of modern industrial colleges from the perspective of industry-education integration

Abstract
The joint construction of modern industrial colleges by schools and enterprises is an effective way to solve the urgent problem of mismatch between talent training in colleges and universities and the needs of enter-prises.This paper explores the"university+enterprise"education model to achieve effective integration of uni-versity education resources and enterprise practice resources.In order to cultivate urgently needed high-quality applied talents,and provide talent support and intellectual support for local economic development,the following measures have been taken:accurately positioning goals and formulating practical plans,building a curriculum system and empowering industry education collaboration,constructing practical platforms and enhancing teacher capabilities,establishing an evaluation system based on quality assurance,expanding industry perspectives and encouraging innovation breakthroughs,etc.关键词
