The Southern Hunan Uprising Raising the Banner of Justice:Mighty Forces Converge on Red Jinggangshan's

Abstract
In early 1928,remnants of the Nanchang Uprising,in cooperation with local Party organizations and worker-peasant forces across Southern Hunan,launched the New Year's Uprising.They fastly captured Yizhang County,swept through over twenty counties,and established a Soviet regime,which is an achievement forever etched in history.Although the Southern Hunan Uprising was behind the Autumn Harvest Uprising,both were directed by the Hunan Provincial Committee of the Chinese Communist Party and aligned with the Outline of the Autumn Harvest Uprising for Peasants in Hunan,Hubei,Jiangxi,and Guangdong and the Hunan Pro-vincial Committee's Plan for the Southern Hunan Movement.Moreover,they reached the same destination by different routes.The two worker-peasant revolutionary armies jointly headed for Jinggangshan,making valuable explorations in taking a new path for the Chinese revolution and establishing rural revolutionary bases.关键词
