窄翼缘钢箱组合梁桥面板托架施工关键技术研究

Abstract
In order to study the bracket-free pouring construction method of concrete deck slab of narrow flange steel channel composite beam bridge,based on the Runhe Bridge on Hezhou Expressway,the bracket-free construction method was studied by combining theoretical research and numerical analysis.The research results show that the use of prefabricated concrete thin floors and prefabricated triangular brackets to provide support for bridge deck pouring can meet the needs of small-scale composite beam bridge deck construction.A fabricated triangular bracket structure composed of steel bars is designed.The top is connected by bolts and the bottom is supported on the web of the steel beam by adjustable brackets,making it easy to install and disassemble.The designed triangular brackets and connecting joints are in good stress state,meeting the stress requirements of the construction process.The main research results can provide reference for similar projects.关键词
