基于含硫废水合成CdWO4-CdS异质结及其光催化析氢研究
Synthesis of CdWO4-CdS heterojunction based on sulphide wastewater for photocatalytic H2 evolution

Abstract
A novel type of in-situ synthesized tetragonal CdWO4-CdS heterojunction photocatalyst was synthesized by facile precipitation ion exchange methods for the treatment of sulphide wastewater and hy-drogen evolution.The impressive hydrogen evolution rate of the CdWO4-CdS heterojunction photocatalyst is 1.642 mmol/(g·h),which is 8.6 and 746 times higher than that of the CdS and CdWO4 samples,re-spectively.A series of characterizations illustrates that the CdWO4-CdS heterojunction photocatalyst is a typical type-Ⅱ structure,which is able to achieve the effective spatial separation of the photogenerated electron and hole.Besides,the built-in electric field formed between CdWO4 and CdS can accelerate the transport of the photogenerated charge.Eventually,the CdWO4-CdS heterojunction photocatalyst achieves sulphide oxidation coupled with water reduction to hydrogen.关键词
