摘要

Abstract

Based on the agronomic requirements and characteristics of ridge planting crops,according to the planting pa-rameters and harvest quality requirements of purple sweet potato ridge planting,the harvesting functions,characteristics and existing problems of typical small,medium and large stem harvesters at home and abroad were compared and studied,combined with the domestic small-scale intensive planting or family planting mode and the current situation of economic development level,innovative design and trial production of stem harvesting prototypes with the functions of excavation and lifting,soil screening,conveying and fruit collection,and realizing mechanized harvesting throughout the harvest.Through the three harvest production tests and performance determination in the field of typical ridge-based planting pur-ple sweet potato planting,the prototype test and measurement results produced by the design met the main design index parameters,and had the agronomic functions of excavation,lifting,crushing soil,sifting soil,conveying,fruit collection,handling and unloading in harvesting production,and the test and measurement results also proved that the research design solved the problems of integration of large-scale equipment power and harvester,large overall volume and complex struc-ture,and high cost of manufacturing and acquisition and use.It also solved the problems of medium or small equipment with only single function of excavation and soil sieving harvesting,and needed to be equipped with special fruit collection and transportation equipment,or manual picking,fruit collection and handling,etc.,with the characteristics of design in-dividual and moderate cost,simple operation,high receiving quality,production stability and good economy,etc.,in line with the current situation of planting stem crops and economic development level of ridge planting in China.
