Abstract
With the continuous changes in national strategies,market reforms,technological advancements,and the development of enterprises themselves,the digital transformation and upgrading of power companies is im-perative.However,unclear positioning of intelligent talents,insufficient reserves,and lower skill levels signifi-cantly affect the speed and efficiency of the digital transformation and upgrading of electric power enterprises.This article positions intelligent talents,conducts an importance analysis of intelligent talents,and proposes methods to explore the construction of intelligent talent teams by"building platforms,constructing systems,and establishing mechanisms."This will help electric power enterprises successfully transform digitally and lay a solid talent foundation for high-quality development and high-level safety of enterprises.关键词
