Abstract
With the continuous development of our country's economy and society and the increasing intensifica-tion of competition in the power market,the traditional operation and production management model of hydro-power plants can no longer meet the development needs of modern enterprises.In order to improve the produc-tion efficiency and competitiveness of hydropower plants,the integrated operation and maintenance of the pro-duction management model came into being.This paper analyzes the disadvantages of traditional operation and maintenance mode,introduces the advantages of integrated operation and maintenance mode,and expounds the steps and achievements of that mode.Finally,some suggestions are put forward to further popularize the mod-el,which can provide reference for the reform and development of hydropower plants.关键词
