Abstract
This article examines the issues related to the domestic application of Local Control Unit(LCU)in computer monitoring systems for hydropower projects.It introduces the functions and application areas of the units'LCU,and analyzes the factors related to the domestication of on-site LCU,including data acquisition and processing,safe operation monitoring,control and regulation,auxiliary equipment control,data communication,and self-diagnostic functions.The article describes how a company's hydropower project took the opportunity of upgrading and transforming the monitoring system of hydropower generators to replace the original impor-ted equipment LCU device with a domesticated LCU device.It also observes and studies its operation in the ac-tual production process and application effects,thereby verifying the applicability of the LCU device in the hy-dropower generators.关键词
