Design and Experiment of Ridge Clearing Mechanism for Stripe Tiller

Abstract
In order to solve the problems of low strip cleaning rate,unstable cleaning width,and blockage caused by the winding of long stalks during strip tillage after autumn harvest in China's corn planting areas,an independent profiling strip ridge cleaning mechanism was designed,the movement analysis of the straw cutting structure was conducted,the type and size of the notch disc cutter were determined,and the structural form of the stubble wheel was selected and analyzed.The main factors that affect the cleaning rate and width of the strip were:the radius of the stubble wheel,the inclination angle of the stubble wheel,and the deflection angle of the stubble wheel.Taking the cleaning rate and cleaning width of the strip as technical indicators,a quadratic rotation orthogonal combination experiment was conducted using EDEM.The optimal operating combination parameters were determined to be the radius of the stubble wheel of 160 mm,the inclination angle of the stubble wheel of 10°,and the deflection angle of the stubble wheel of 30°.Field validation experiments were conducted on it,and the experimental results showed that the cleaning rate was 92.2%and the cleaning width was be-tween 240-260 mm when the cutting blade was inserted into the soil at a depth of 100mm,which was basically consistent with the simulation effect and met the agronomic requirements of strip tillage operations.关键词
