摘要
Abstract
Remote centralized control is the development requirement for cost reduction and efficiency increase,economic benefit improvement and risk resistance improvement of hydropower projects,and also the develop-ment requirement for improving the working environment and life quality of employees.However,remote cen-tralized control will also bring new risks.This paper analyzes the risks faced by Liuping and Yadu hydropower projects in communication system,reservoir operation,remote regulation,remote control and auxiliary business after remote centralized control.At the same time,control strategies such as communication channel redundan-cy,"segmented"load adjustment,optimized management and enhanced technical training of personnel on duty are proposed for corresponding risks,so as to effectively control the new risks after remote centralized control.The research results in this paper have certain reference and guiding significance for the subsequent safe,sta-ble,reliable and economic operation of Yadu and Liuping hydropower projects under remote centralized con-trol.关键词
