摘要

Abstract

Since the Mupo Hydropower Project was built and started to generate electricity,penetrating cracks have been found in the runner blades during annual dry season maintenance,and in severe cases,there may be blade falling off.The crack is located at the outlet of the lower ring of the turbine,with a length of about 100-160mm.Every time,on-site welding is used for repairing.By optimizing the design of the rotating wheel and manufacturing a suitable one for the Mupo Hydropower Project,the problem of penetrating cracks and falling blocks that have existed during the long-term operation of the unit has been solved.
