Problems faced by construction of China's inland high-grade waterway network and countermeasures

Abstract
China's inland waterway navigation mileage ranks first in the world,but the lack of high-grade waterway access range and the low degree of networking.It not only restricts the high-quality development of inland waterway economy,but is also ill-adapted to the national comprehensive three-dimensional transportation network planning layout.This paper expounds the definition and characteristics of the high-grade waterway network,and identifies problems such as non-uniform ship types and scales,insufficient overall coordination of planning and construction,unbalanced development of high-grade waterways and waterway networks,and few water transport channels across river basins and water systems.Based on the analysis of foreign experience in the construction of inland waterway network and the layout planning of China's high-grade waterway network,countermeasures and suggestions such as government-led planning and construction of high-grade waterway network,accelerating the unification of ship type and channel scale standards,accelerating high-grade waterway construction,and orderly promoting canal channel construction are put forward.关键词
