直丝弓与Invisalign矫治器在拔牙患者中的支抗需求及效果分析
Analysis of anchorage requirements and efficacy of straight wire appliance and Invisalign in extraction patients

Abstract
Aim To investigate the anchorage requirements and clinical efficacy of straight wire appliance(SWA)and In-visalign in the alignment stage of extraction patients.Methods A total of 100 patients with bimaxillary protrusion requiring ex-traction of four premolars were randomly divided into control group(SWA)and observation group(Invisalign),with 50 cases in each group.The treatment efficacy,orthodontic duration,periodontal health indicators[gingival index(GI),plaque index(PLI),sulcus bleeding index(SBI),probing depth(PD),and clinical attachment loss(CAL)],and anchorage requirements(tooth movement rate and undesired tooth movement rate)were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group showed lower total efficacy,tooth movement rate,and visual analog scale(VAS)scores,but longer treatment duration and higher undesired tooth move-ment rate and aesthetic satisfaction compared to the control group(P＜0.05).Compared with pre-treatment,all periodontal indicators increased in the control group,while only PLI increased in the observation group.Post-treatment periodontal indicators in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Compared with SWA,Invisalign offers better aesthetics,periodontal health,and pain control,but requires higher anchorage,exhibits weaker treatment efficacy,and has a longer treatment duration.关键词
