Abstract
The transformation of traditional hydropower operational models is constrained by factors such as i-deological inertia,skill deficiencies,and economic barriers,leading to slow changes in operational models that fail to form competitive teams in the market effectively.This paper conducts a preliminary study on traditional hydropower operational models and proposes a management transformation strategy of"holistic integration,re-gional management control,and multi-dimensional breakthroughs."Guided by market competition,it strength-ens the training and cultivation of technical management compound operation and maintenance inspection tal-ents,effectively enhancing the operation-maintenance-inspection integration capabilities.关键词
