Abstract

In order to study the droplet deposition uniformity in the process of variable spray on orchards,a constant pres-sure variable flow air driven sprayer in orchard was built based on the core hardware of constant pressure variable flow spray test rig.Through the two-factor three-level factorial design experiment,the factor level combination with the most uniform droplet distribution was selected,and the spray test was carried out on the fruit trees under this combination to verify the droplet deposition uniformity of the sprayer.The test results showed that when the frequency duty cycle was set to 5,0.5 and the driving speed was 1.1 m/s,the droplets deposition distribution in the upper,middle and lower layers of the droplets deposition collection device was the most uniform.When the spray pressure of the sprayer was 0.3 MPa,the frequency duty ratio was 5,0.5,the driving speed was 1.1 m/s,and the wind speed was 0.8 m/s,the change of the number of sprinkler heads opened basically didn′t affect the stability of the spray pressure,so that the spray droplets in each area were evenly distributed.
