Design and Implementation of a Quantitative Evaluation System for Ditching Effect
摘要
Abstract
In the field of agricultural production,the trenching effect of trenchers plays a crucial role in crop growth.To address the research gap in evaluating trenching effectiveness,this study developed a MATLAB-based system for quantitative assessment.Initially,a soil model was established in EDEM software using measured soil parameters to conduct simulated trenching experiments.Subsequently,an image-driven evaluation system was designed by analyzing experimental images.Finally,the system quantitatively assessed trenching performance through three metrics:soil disturbance,furrow profile fitting accuracy,and soil wedge failure analysis.The results demonstrate that this evaluation system achieves precise quantification of trenching effectiveness.关键词
