摘要

Abstract

Due to design defects,installation errors,or operational faults,turbine generators may generate axial voltage and current on the main shaft;Excessive shaft current can burn the shaft head and bearing surface,and cause carbonization of the turbine oil,affecting the operating status and insulation ability of the bearings,resul-ting in bearing burnout and accidents.Therefore,it is crucial to study the causes of shaft current generation in turbine generators and take reliable measures to prevent shaft current.This article takes the 3F unit of Zanla Hydropower Project in Xiaojinchuan Basin,Sichuan Province as a case study to analyze and discuss the mecha-nism,causes,and hazards of shaft current formation in this type of small mixed flow hydroelectric turbine gen-erator unit,and conducts multi-faceted research on the shaft current problems of the unit.
