多功能作业机旋耕作业仿真分析及试验
Simulation Analysis and Test of Rotary Tillage Operation of Multifunctional Work Machine
摘要
Abstract
The multifunctional work machine has the advantages of small size,light weight and easy handling.It can be equipped with different work tools to complete the rotary tillage,trenching,digging,pesticide,weeding and other opera-tions.For this,LS-DYNA and HyperWorks software were used to analyse the structural form of the small garden rototiller and establish its simulation mechanics model.Combined with the simulation results of the soil rotary cutting process,the force and deformation of the two rotary tiller blade during operation were analysed.At the same time,the test verified the rotary ploughing effect of different hardness of soil,which provided a reference for the parameter design and selection of rotary ploughing tool structure.关键词
