基于NHANES分析LE8与慢性阻塞性肺疾病发病风险的关系
Analysis of the relationship between LE8 and incidence risk of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease based on NHANES

Abstract
Aim To explore the association between LE8 and COPD risk based on extensive data from publicly accessible databases.Methods The information was extracted from three cycles(2013-2014,2015-2016,2017-2018)of the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey(NHANES)database.Surveyed weighted multivariate logistic regression analysis and sensi-tivity analysis were performed to explored the associations between LE8 and COPD risk.Results The mean LE8 total score in the non-COPD group was 69.9(69.3-70.5)points,and the mean LE8 total score in the COPD group was 59.5(57.8-61.1)points.Following the control of potential confiunders,higher LE8 scores were associated with a reduced odds of COPD(odds ratio[OR]for per 10 score increase:0.62;95％CI:0.58-0.67).A similar pattern was found in the association of health behavior scores and health factor scores with COPD.In sensitivity analysis,LE8 total scores and subscale scores(health behaviors scores and health fac-tors scores)were still significantly correlated with COPD after propensity score matching and excluding participants with cardiovascular history.Conclusion The LE8 total score and its subscales scores(health behaviors scores and health factors scores)are negatively correlated with the incidence of COPD.Maintaining optimal cardiovascular health level may be beneficial to reducing the risk of COPD.关键词
