Abstract
The development of state-owned enterprises in the context of the new era is faced with multiple chal-lenges such as intensified market competition,white-hot competition for talents,and imminent industrial change,etc.Continuously deepening the reform is an effective means to cope with these challenges,and the construction of a high-quality talent team is the core driving force for the deepening of the reform of the state-owned enterprises to promote the development of the depth.In this paper,from the perspective of the new era of talent strategy,combing the current situation of talent team construction in Company A,revealing the short-comings in talent team construction,and further exploring the innovative path of talent team construction in Company A,proposing that the construction of talent team in the five aspects of attracting,employing,educa-ting,retaining and eliminating,to provide reference for the cultivation of a high-quality talent team in Company A.关键词
