摘要

Abstract

The main process of the installation of the water guide mechanism of a large sized hydropower project is introduced,the reason for the small clearance on the end surface of the guide vane during the installation of the guide vane mechanism of Unit 1 is analysed,and economical and feasible treatment measures are proposed.At the same time,before machining the seat ring,the impact of the actual processing size of the top cover,the amount of sinking of the top cover and other factors should be carefully measured and analysed,and the pro-cessing size of each processing surface of the seat ring should be determined to ensure that the total clearance at the end surface of the guide vane meets the design requirements after the installation of the water guide mecha-nism is completed.
