恶劣天气下钦州港东航道集装箱船通航安全研究
Study on ship navigation safety in the east channel of Qinzhou Port under bad weather
摘要
Abstract
Qinzhou Port is a natural deep-water harbor located on the southwestern coast of China.At present,in order to ensure the navigation safety of ships,the east channel adopts the navigation restrictions above the wind force 7,which affects the development of the port area to a certain extent.In order to improve navigation capacity and ensure navigation safety of ships,the status quo of the eastern channel of Qinzhou Port and the navigation environment of the water area were comprehensively considered in this paper,and the feasibility of container ships sailing under wind speeds above Class 8 was demonstrated.Additionally,the findings of the demonstration were validated and corresponding measures for navigational safety were proposed in this paper,utilizing a large-scale ship simulator,with the aim of mitigating the risks associated with navigation.关键词
