九寨沟亚高山环境不同菌根类型空间分布格局
Spatial Distribution Pattern of Different Mycorrhizal Types in the Subalpine Environment of Jiuzhaigou

Abstract
Mycorrhizal symbiosis plays a crucial role in enabling plants to cope with various environmental stresses,where it pro-foundly influences plant establishment and community structure,exerting critical ecological functions in subalpine ecosystems.Focusing on the subalpine forests of Jiuzhaigou,we analyzed the proportional abundance and colonization of mycorrhizal fungi in the root systems of 45 plant species belonging to 26 genera and 19 families across different vegetation belts(elevation range from 2 000 to 3 500 m.a.s.1.).The results revealed that three types of mycorrhizal associations are mainly found in the subapline of Jiuzhaigou,including ar-buscular mycorrhizal(AM),ectomycorrhizal(ECM),and ericoid mycorrhizal(ERM).These mycorrhizal types exhibited distinct al-titudinal distribution patterns,with the proportion of AM colonization decreasing with elevation,ERM increasing with elevation,and ECM dominating in the dark coniferous forest zone(~3 000 m).Further analyses indicated that the distribution of mycorrhizal types was influenced by various factors associated with altitude fluctuations,among which soil's total phosphorus(TP)emerged as a key fac-tor.These findings provide important insights into understanding the biodiversity and ecological functions of subalpine ecosystems.关键词
