2019-2024年脑卒中后抑郁的国内外文献可视化分析
Visual analysis of domestic and international literature related to post-stroke depression from 2019 to 2024

Abstract
Objective To conduct a visual analysis of domestic and international literature related to post-stroke de-pression(PSD).Methods We used the Cite Space 6.3.R1 software to retrieve the literature related to PSD from CNKI and Web of Science(WOS)databases from January 2019 to December 2024.We visualized the data,including publica-tion volume,keywords,authors,and academic fields,and analyzed the current research status and development trends.Results The CNKI database included 2,500 articles,while the WOS database included 1,195 articles.The number of domestic publications showed a declining trend,whereas the number of international publications was on the rise.Compre-hensive keyword clustering and burst analysis indicated that research hotspots were concentrated in five main areas:"pre-diction","clinical research","neurological function","mechanism of action"and"traditional Chinese medicine".Under the"prediction"theme,a"systematic review"had been conducted to analyze potential factors for the occurrence of PSD,with keywords related to"gender","emotion"and"social support".The"clinical research"mainly focused on aspects such as"treatment methods","motor abilities","rehabilitation"and"sleep quality".The"neurological function"involved studies on"hippocampus"and"Alzheimer's disease".The"mechanism of action"included research on"gut microbiota",the"gut-brain axis"and"inflammatory responses".Under the theme of"traditional Chinese medicine",treatments for PSD included methods such as"acupuncture"and the use of"herbal medicines".The top five authors ranked by publication vol-ume were Song Jinggui(18 articles),Sun Wenzhe(18 articles),Zhao Xin(16 articles),Yan Yongmei(15 articles),and Li Guo(15 articles).In terms of PSD research,there were distinct focuses between domestic and international stud-ies.In the past five years,the primary focus of domestic research had been on the"gut-brain axis",while foreign scholars had concentrated on"functional recovery outcomes".The disciplines related to PSD research primarily encompassed clini-cal neurology,neurology,psychiatry,general internal medicine,and rehabilitation.Conclusions Research in the field of PSD both domestically and internationally remains highly active,with an increasing number of publications.The explo-ration of etiology and pathogenesis has deepened,treatment methods have become more diverse,and the research focus pri-marily lies in five key areas:"prediction","clinical studies","neurological function","mechanism of action"and"tradi-tional Chinese medicine".关键词
