摘要

Abstract

Under the development trend of deep sea offshore wind power in the future,the offshore booster station will become larger,and its basic jacket will also become heavier.The direct hoisting method is usually used in the construction of the jacket of the offshore booster station.Under the circumstances of tight schedule and high cost of ship and machine,the floating crane with hoisting conditions is limited and cannot meet the market demand.Based on a wind field in the South China Sea,the finite element model of the jacket structure of the offshore booster station was established based on ANSYS.Then the feasibility of airbag assisted floating technology for jacket hoisting of offshore booster station was discussed,based on motion response,force analysis and economic analysis.The results show that the main structure meets the strength check requirements during the hoisting,and the jacket hoisting of offshore booster station is successfully realized by means of airbag assisted floating,which has high economic efficiency.The successful application of the process in the project can provide technical support for the subsequent hoisting of large offshore wind power equipment.
