肺部超声在重症医学常见肺部疾病诊断中的应用研究进展
Research progress on application of lung ultrasound in diagnosis of common pulmonary diseases in critical care medicine
摘要
Abstract
Due to the air-containing physiological characteristics of lung tissues,the lungs were historically considered a"no-go zone"for ultrasound examination.With advancements in ultrasound technology,lung ultrasound has gradually been applied to the diagnosis,condition assessment,and dynamic monitoring of various pulmonary diseases.It is particularly ad-vantageous in diagnosing common critical care conditions such as pleural effusion,lung consolidation,atelectasis,pneumo-thorax,pulmonary embolism,and acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS).Currently,clinical research on lung ultra-sound has expanded beyond mere imaging descriptions of different pulmonary diseases.The use of contrast-enhanced ultra-sound allows for the evaluation of blood supply in solid organs,thereby enabling the prediction of patients'prognosis.关键词
