瑞马唑仑在老年患者麻醉中的临床应用研究进展
Research progress on clinical application of remimazolam in anesthesia for elderly patients
摘要
Abstract
With the aging of the population,the demand for surgical and invasive examinations for elderly patients is increasing.The management of anesthesia in elderly patients faces many challenges due to organ dysfunction and frequent underlying diseases.Remimazolam,as a new ultra-short-acting benzodiazepine sedative drug,has the advantages of rapid metabolism,no dependence on liver and kidney metabolism,and no accumulation in the body,providing a new choice for anesthesia in elderly patients.The application of remimazolam in programmed sedation,general anesthesia and assisted se-dation in elderly patients can provide useful reference for anesthesia management in elderly patients,further optimize anes-thesia programs,and improve anesthesia quality and safety.关键词
