心血管健康评价指标对不孕症患者IVF/ICSI助孕结局影响的研究进展
Research progress on impact of cardiovascular health indicators on IVF/ICSI outcomes in infertile patients
摘要
Abstract
Infertility is a common reproductive health issue among couples of reproductive age,and assisted reproduc-tive technology(ART)serves as a critical therapeutic approach.In vitro fertilization(IVF)/intracytoplasmic sperm injec-tion(ICSI),the primary ART methods widely utilized in infertility treatment,still require improvement in success rates and reduction of pregnancy-related complications.Cardiovascular health indicators,including body mass index(BMI),blood pressure,blood glucose,and lipid profiles,are readily accessible and modifiable parameters through interventions.These indicators not only quantify cardiovascular health but are closely associated with early embryonic development,preg-nancy progression,pregnancy complications,and delivery outcomes in infertile women undergoing IVF/ICSI.Investigat-ing the impact of individual or combined cardiovascular health indicators on IVF/ICSI outcomes in infertile patients may provide valuable insights for optimizing clinical strategies in assisted reproduction.关键词
