Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of laparoscopic laparoscopic repair in the treatment of patients with acute gastroduodenal ulcer perforation.Methods:The clinical data of 78 patients with gastroduodenal ulcer perforation admitted to Rizhao People's Hospital from January 2020 to July 2024 were retrospectively analyzed,All patients had undergone surgical treatment in our hospital.They were divided into control group and study group,39 cases in each group according to different surgical plans.The control group received traditional open perforation repair,and the study group received laparoscopic perforation repair.The clinical indicators,the use rate of postoperative analgesics,the degree of ain,the clinical efficacy and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time of the study group was longer than that of the control group,the the first postoperative exhaust time and the first postoperative movement time shorter than that of the control group,the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05.The rate of analgesic use in the study group was 23.08%,which was lower than 53.85%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).One and five days after operation,the Face scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 7.00%higher than 84.62%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 2.56%,which was lower than 20.50%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic repair for patients with acute gastroduodenal ulcer perforation has a good clinical effect,which can effectively improve the clinical indicators of patients,reduce the use of postoperative analgesics and the inciderce of complications,alleviate pain,and it is beneficial to the recovery of physiological function.关键词
