Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Xueshuantong combined with Alteplase intravenous thrombolysis on acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods:Data of 100 ACI patients admitted to Hukou County People's Hospital from March 2022 to March 2024 were retrospectively selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and a study group according to different treatment methods,with 50 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional treatment.On this basis,the control group received Alteplase injection intravenous thrombolytic therapy,and the study group received Xueshuantong Injection combined with Alteplase injection intravenous thrombolytic therapy.Both groups were treated continuously for 14 days.The clinical efficacy,adverse reactions,neurological function,inflammatory indexes and cerebral hemodynamic indexes were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 94.00%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the National Institute of Health stroke scale score of the study group was(10.36±1.67)points,which was lower than(14.11±1.88)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the average blood quantity and blood flow rate of the study group were(11.48±1.85)cm3/s and(24.77±3.05)cm3/s,respectively,which were higher than(9.01±1.14)cm3/s and(19.97±2.74)cm3/s of the control group,while the dynamic resistance and peripheral resistance were(34.55±3.01)kPa/s·m and(88.30±5.39)kPa/s·m,respectively,which were lower than(42.89±3.84)kPa/s·m and(97.65±7.68)kPa/s·m of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of matrix metalloproteinase,C-reactive protein,interleukin-8,interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor-α and homocysteine in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 10.00%,which was not statistically significant compared with 6.00%in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Xueshuantong combined with Alteplase intravenous thrombolysis is effective in the treatment of ACI,which can effectively optimize the neurological function of patients,improve their cerebral hemodynamics,reduce inflammation,and has high safety.关键词
