Abstract
Objective:To compare the efficacy of total hip arthreplasty(THA)and closed reduction and intornal fixation(CRIF)in the treatment of traumatic avascular necrosis of the femoral head. Methods:The data of 100 patients with traumatic avascular necrosis of the femoral head admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Hubei Province from January 2023 to January 2024 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the different surgical methods, they were divided into a control group and a study group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with CRIF and the study group was treated with THA.The treatment effect, coccurrence of omplications, intraoperative blood loss, pain degree, quality of life and hip function were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 98.00%,which was higher than 84.00%of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The amount of blood loss in the study group was less than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).One month after surgery, the Pain Visual Analog Scale score of the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the scores of all dimensions and total scores of the Modified Barthel Index and Harris Hip Scale were higher than those of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group was 2.00%,which was lower than 16.00%of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:THA is effective and safe in the treatment of traumatic avascular necrosis of the femoral head, which can reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss, relieve pain, improve hip function and improve postoperative quality of life.关键词
