Abstract
Objective:To analyze the risk factors affecting the wound healing quality of patients with high anal fistula after incision and thread hanging drainage. Methods:The medical records of 100 patients with high anal fistula after incision and thread drainage surgery in Tianjin Hongqiao Hospital from May 2022 to May 2024 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the postoperative wound healing, they were divided into a poor incision wound group(n=18)and a good incision wound group(n=82).General data of the patients were collected.Logistic regression model was used to analyze the risk factors affecting the quality of postoperative wound healing in high anal fistula patients after incision and thread drainage surgery. Results:Among 100 patients with high anal fistula,18 cases(18.00%)had poor wound healing and 82 cases(82.00%)had good wound healing. The result of univariate analysis showed that age, drinking history, diabetes mellitus, constipation, postoperative infection and malnutrition were related to the quality of wound healing in patients with high anal fistula after incision and thread drainage surgery(P<0.05).The result of Logistic regression analysis showed that age>60 years old, history of alcohol consumption, diabetes, constipation, postoperative infection and malnutrition were the risk factors for poor wound healing in patients with high anal fistula after incision and thread drainage surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion:There are many related factors that cause poor incision healing in patients with high anal fistula after incision and thread drainage surgery, such as age>60 years old, drinking history, diabetes, constipation, postoperative infection, and malnutrition.Clinical attention should be paid to patients with the above high risk factors and timely intervention treatment.关键词
