Abstract
In the wave of urbanisation,Chinese universities face challenges such as limited land resources,complex transportation,campus-city separation,and a lack of a sense of community,and new design concepts are urgently needed to address these issues.The concept of the"Refined Campus"serves as a systematic and innovative design approach,advocating for the high-quality construction and sustainable development of university campuses through six stages:planning,design,construction,management,service,and development.It includes six core principles:student-and faculty-centred,cultural heritage,overall order,diverse symbiosis,maintaining integrity and innovation,and sustainable ecology.These principles correspond to six major goals for campus construction,twenty-four control directions,forty-eight control sub-items,and multiple control elements,forming a multi-level construction strategy and method for university campus space.By integrating the world's best practices,the"Refined Campus"concept explores a development path that balances historical culture with modern needs.Through multiple design practices under the deep integration of UAD production-research,it demonstrates and supplements the integrity and feasibility of the concept.The research outcomes are expected to be of significant importance in systematically guiding the construction of urban university campuses,promoting the symbiotic development of city-campus integration,and providing systematic solutions for the construction and operation of university campuses in the new era.关键词
