Abstract
According to the safety technical specification requirements of textile products for infants,children,paja-mas,underwear and industrial materials(airbags,automotive interiors and filter membranes,etc.)and Japanese textile quali-ty detection management and relevant regulations,sharp objects such as metal needles are not allowed to remain on textile products.The residual metal needles(foreign objects)in the textile production process have become a problem that enter-prises must solve.Through analysis,comparison and experiment,selecting the appropriate needle detector,determining the best installation position and solving the interference factors during use are the important means to operate needle detector normally,prevent the outflow of metal foreign bodies,increase customer satisfaction,and reduce the quality claims caused by customer complaints.关键词
