Study on the High-quality Development of Jiangsu Pilot Free Trade Zone Linkage Innovation in the Context of RCEP

Abstract
The Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership(RCEP)is the highest-standard free trade agreement signed by China so far,which brings opportunities for the Jiangsu Pilot Free Trade Zone to expand foreign economic and trade cooperation,deepen institutional opening-up,promote the flow of domestic and foreign talents and build a modern industrial system,and at the same time,it also brings challenges in the upgrading of the value chain and the impact of industrial chain relocation.In view of this,based on the investigation of the three major free trade zones in Jiangsu and related national development zones,China-foreign cooperation parks and other linkage innovation platforms,this paper summarizes the experience of Jiangsu's free trade linkage innovation exploration,and analyzes the problems existing in the linkage mechanism,innovation depth,policy coordination and other aspects.Then,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions such as promoting innovation linkage with top-level design,strengthening pilot innovation through replication and promotion,planning and promoting a number of"one thing"and strengthening linkage with RCEP member countries.关键词
