摘要

Abstract

Objective To establish the characteristic chromatogram and a multi-component content determination method for the bench-mark samples of the classical prescription Xiaoxuming Decoction(小续命汤,XXMT).Methods HPLC was employed to assign charac-teristic peaks and determine the contents of 15 batches of benchmark samples,followed by quantitative transfer analysis.Results The characteristic chromatogram of the 15 batches of benchmark samples showed 18 common characteristic peaks,with 13 peaks identified as ephedrine hydrochloride,pseudoephedrine hydrochloride,and others.The similarity of the chromatograms ranged between 0.998 and 0.999.The contents of the benchmark samples were as follows:ephedrine hydrochloride(1.29-2.02 mg·g-1),pseudoephedrine hydrochloride(0.50-1.82 mg·g-1),paeoniflorin(7.34-10.93 mg·g-1),baicalin(19.33-26.81 mg·g-1),wogonoside(3.76-6.00 mg·g-1),ammonium glycyrrhizinate(1.19-3.27 mg·g-1),cimifugoside(1.38-2.12 mg·g-1),tetrandrine(0.17-0.48 mg·g-1),and baicalein(0.35-0.64 mg·g-1).Conclusion The established characteristic chromatogram and multi-component content determination method are simple,feasible,and demonstrate good reproducibility and stability,providing a founda-tion for quality evaluation of benchmark samples and preparations of the classical prescription XXMT.
