基于CiteSpace的中医药治疗椎间盘退变研究的现状和趋势的可视化分析
Visualization Analysis of Current Status and Trends in Research on Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment of Intervertebral Disc Degeneration Based on CiteSpace

Abstract
Objective To analyze the current status and trend of research on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment for intervertebral disc degeneration based on CiteSpace.Methods The research literature on TCMtreatment of intervertebral disc de-generation was searched in the databases of China Knowledge(CNKI),VIP Chinese Journal Service Platform(VIP),WanFang Data Knowledge Service Platform(WanFang)and China Biomedical Literature Service System(SinoMed),and the literature was published from January 1,2000 to January 1,2024,respectively.Bibliometric methods were applied to analyze and describe the basic information of the literature,and CiteSpace was used to depict and visualize the knowledge graph of the hotspots of the re-search,including collaborative network analysis and keyword co-occurrence analysis,clustering analysis and emergent word anal-ysis.Results After screening,it finally obtained 2 243 valid documents,involving 426 journals and 1 630 first authors.The over-all number of articles issued in this field showed an initial increase followed by a decrease,and was currently tending towards a stable state.Within the core area,there were 14 journals,with the Chinese Journal of Orthopedics and Traumatology of Traditional Chinese Medicine being the most prolific in terms of published articles.There were 59 core authors,with WANG Congjun and SHI Qi as the most published authors.Author collaboration network analysis yielded six major research teams,with the largest be-ing WANG Congjun's team.The majority of the research institutions engaged were colleges of traditional Chinese medicine and their associated hospitals,with Shanghai University of traditional Chinese medicine leading in publication count.The formula with the highest number of co-occurrences in this study was the formula for tonifying kidney and promoting blood circulation.The high-frequency keywords in the keyword co-occurrence analysis were Tuina therapy,traditional Chinese medicine therapy,acu-puncture,rat,apoptosis and so on.Keyword co-occurrence analysis yielded 25 co-occurring words,and signaling pathway,ap-optosis,medullary cells,and tonifying kidney and activating blood formula were of high interest at present.Conclusion In the field of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of intervertebral disc degeneration,the inhibition of apoptosis of nucleus pulposus cells and the investigation of its signaling pathway may be the current research hotspot in this field,and the formula of tonifying kidney and activating blood is the current hotspot formula in this field.关键词
