The Relation of M1/M2 Macrophage Polarization in "Lung Heat and Collaterals Stasis"of Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis(IPF)Based on the Collateral Disease Theory

Abstract
Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis(IPF)is a chronic fibrotic interstitial pneumonia with unknown cause.Macrophages have emerged as an important contributor to the pathogenesis of fibrosis over the past decade.This article summarizes the role of M1 and M2 macrophages in IPF and expounds the dynamic evolution of M1/M2 polarization in IPF.Based on the theory of loxop-athy,the author analyses the correlation between IPF'lung heat and collaterals stasis'and the dynamic evolution of M1/M2 macrophage polarization in IPF,so as to provide new ideas for its prevention and treatment.关键词
