Discussion on Biological Mechanism of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis with Dampness-heat of Spleen and Stomach Syndrome Based on Pyroptosis
摘要
Abstract
Chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)is a chronic inflammatory disease,which plays a key role in the transformation of gastric mucosa from inflammation to cancer.Studies have shown that pyroptosis can induce gastric mucosal inflammation and par-ticipate in the progression of CAG.Dampness-heat of spleen and stomach syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is closely associated with the inflammatory level of gastric mucosa,which is a common TCMsyndrome of CAG in the clinic.Damp-ness and heat accumulate in spleen and stomach,damaging gastric collaterals,easily generating blood stasis and toxin over time,and inducing cancer.The pathogenesis of dampness-heat of spleen and stomach syndrome has commonalities with pyroptosis promoting inflammatory reaction and facilitating tumor development.Therefore,this paper deeply explored the relationship be-tween pyroptosis and dampness-heat of spleen and stomach syndrome,and investigated the molecular mechanism of CAG from the perspective of modern biology,in order to provide the relevant theoretical basis for TCMusing the method of clearing damp-ness and heat in treating CAG.关键词
