基于授权理论的居家营养管理策略在结直肠癌术后病人中的应用
Application of home nutrition management strategy based on empowerment theory in postoperative patients with colorectal cancer

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of home nutrition management strategy based on empowerment theory in postoperative patients with colorectal cancer.Methods:A total of 114 postoperative patients with colorectal cancer in the department of gastrointestinal surgery,Affiliated Tumour Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from September 2023 to January 2024,were selected as the study objects by convenient sampling method.They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,57 cases each.The control group received routine nutrition care,and the experimental group received the home nutrition management strategy based on empowerment theory.Body weight,body mass index(BMI),serum total protein(TP),serum albumin(ALB),hemoglobin(Hb),peripheral blood lymphocyte count(TLC),Onodera's Prognostic Nutritional Index(OPNI),General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES)scores and European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life Questionnaire-C30(EORTC QLQ-C30)scores were compared between the two groups.Results:A total of 53 patients in each group completed the follow-up.The levels of TLC and OPNI in experimental group were higher than those in control group at the first month discharge(P＜0.05).The TP,ALB,Hb,TLC,OPNI and overall health scores of experimental group were higher than those of control group at the third month discharge(P＜0.05).The GSES scores of experimental group were higher than those of control group at the first month and the third month discharge(P＜0.05).There were statistically significant differences of the time effect,intergroup effect and interaction effect in two group patients with TP,ALB,OPNI,GSES scores and overall health status,physical function,role function,social function scores.Conclusions:Home nutrition management strategy based on empowerment theory could improve home nutrition status,self-efficacy and quality of life of patients after colorectal cancer surgery.关键词
