基于"阳化气,阴成形"浅析自噬在气道重构中的作用
Analyzing Role of Cellular Autophagy in Airway Remodeling Based on Principle of＂Yang Transforming Qi While Yin Constituting Form＂

Abstract
Bronchial asthma is a heterogeneous airway disease mainly characterized by chronic airway inflammation and air-way remodeling.Long-term inflammatory responses cause airway structural remodeling.Autophagy plays a bidirectional regula-tory role in airway remodeling.Both excessive and insufficient autophagy can induce immune effects,resulting in pathological changes such as tissue hyperplasia,fibrosis and remodeling.This is consistent with the imbalance of the theory of＂Yang trans-forming Qi while Yin constituting form＂in traditional Chinese medicine,presenting the pathogenesis of＂deficiency of Qi and Yang,and stubborn accumulation of phlegm and stasis＂.Therefore,this article explored the relationship between autophagy and airway remodeling from the perspective of＂Yang transforming Qi while Yin constituting form＂,combining macroscopic and micro-scopic dialectics,in the hope of providing new diagnostic and therapeutic ideas for asthma.关键词
