Analyzing Rules of Acupoint Selection in Treatment of Cerebellar Ataxia after Stroke with Acupuncture Based on Data Mining

Abstract
Objective To analyze the acupoint selection rules of acupuncture in the treatment of post-stroke cerebellar ataxia through data mining,so as to provide reference for the clinical application of the disease.Methods The data on acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of cerebellar mutual aid after stroke was retrieved from CNKI,VIP,Wanfang,SinoMed,PubMed and Embace self-established databases until January 19,2024.Microsoft Excel 2019 software was used to establish a database and conduct a descriptive analysis of acupoints.SPSS Modeler 18.0 Apriori algorithm was used to analyze association rules.The net-work diagram of high frequency acupoint co-occurrence was drawn by Cytoscape 3.9.0 software.SPSSS tatistics 27.0 software was used,the hierarchical cluster analysis of high frequency acupoints was carried out and the tree diagram was drawn.Results A total of 34 literatures were included,37 acupuncture prescriptions were extracted,involving 67 acupoints,and the total frequency was 211 times.The top 3 acupoints were Fengchi(GB20),Baihui(DU20)and Naokong(GB19).The selected meridians were foot Shaoyang gallbladder meridian,Du meridian and foot Sun bladder meridian.The acupoints were mostly distributed in the head and face.In terms of the compatibility of acupoints,the top 20 high frequency acupoints with the highest degree of support of Fengchi(GB20)-Tianzhu(BL10)can be divided into 3 effective clustering groups.Conclusion Modern acupuncture and mox-ibustion in the treatment of post-stroke cerebellar ataxia pays attention to proximal acupoint selection,with Fengchi(GB20)-Naokong(GB19)-Yuzhen(BL9)-Tianzhu(BL10),movement area and balance area as the core prescriptions.关键词
