LI Guoxin＇s Treatment of Chronic Prostatitis with Carbuncle Theory
摘要
Abstract
It summarized the experience of Professor LI Guaxin＇s treatment of chronic prostatitis with carbuncle theory.Pro-fessor LI Guoxin believes that chronic prostatitis can be classified into the category of＂turbid essence＂of traditional Chinese medicine,and creatively classified into the category of＂carbuncle in kidney＂.Then it put forward the theory idea of treating chronic prostatitis by carbuncle.Chronic prostatitis(CP)is mainly characterized by damp-heat and blood stasis in the early stage and involving kidney due to prolonged illness,which can lead to deficiency.The early stage treatment should be ＂elimina-ting＂,which means eliminating damp-heat and blood stasis.The later stage treatment is based on tonifying method.The self-made Qianlie Yongxiao(bu)Prescriptions[自拟前列痈消(补)方]are used.The treatment should be cooperated with Chinese medicine sitting bath fumigation,acupoint application,Chinese medicine preservation enema,acupuncture treatment,changing bad living habits and popularizing disease knowledge,so as to achieve the combination of prevention and treatment,and treat both symptoms and root causes.This paper summarized Professor LI Guoxin＇s experience in treating chronic prostatitis,in order to pro-vide ideas and reference for the clinical treatment of chronic prostatitis in the future.关键词
