老年人代际支持及抑郁对其社会隔离的影响
Effects of intergenerational support and depression on social isolation in the elderly

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effects of intergenerational support,depression and their interactions on social isolation in the elderly.Methods:A total of 1 133 elderly people from 8 communities in Hefei city were investigated by general data questionnaire,Lubben Social Network Scale,Intergenerational Support Scale and Geriatric Depression Scale.Results:The total score of social isolation in this group was(12.26+4.95).There were 465 elderly people with social isolation(41.0％).There were 837 elderly people with good intergenerational support(73.9％).And 304 elderly people had depression(26.8％).After controlling for related confounding factors,Logistic regression showed that poor intergenerational support and depression were the influencing factors of social isolation in the elderly(P＜0.05).The results of interaction analysis showed that poor intergenerational support and depression had an additive interaction on social isolation in the elderly(P＜0.05).Conclusions:Intergenerational support and depression were the risk factors of social isolation in the elderly.And they had an additive interaction.关键词
