Abstract
This article mainly introduced the paint coating general requirement for petrochemical equipment,briefly described quality control critical points for coating process in terms of surface treatment,paint coating and quality inspection,interpreted fundament of quality assurance in terms of establishment and implementation of coating quality system,typical issues found in coating quality control were analyzed through case analysis,and the corresponding preventive measures were proposed as well.Working practice proved that effectively improving the establishment and implementation of the coating quality system on the basis of a full understanding of the coating requirements,and controlling the process strictly according to the specifications also had certain guiding significance for the quality and progress control of the paint coating supervision.关键词
