慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期病人未满足需求发展轨迹的调查研究
Investigation on the developmental trajectory of unmet needs of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients in acute exacerbation period

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the current status of unmet needs of AECOPD patients,to analyze the variability among different groups,and to provide a reference basis for developing future interventions so as to improve the unmet needs of AECOPD patients.Methods:From June 1,2022 to June 28,2023,totally 231 AECOPD patients in 6 hospitals in Dongguan city were selected for 4 follow-up surveys by using convenience sampling method.And data were analyzed by using latent category growth model.Results:Three latent category trajectory groups were obtained:the medium-need decline group(9.96％),the low-need rise group(2.60％),and the high-need smooth group(87.45％).There were statistical significant differences in terms of age and self-care ability among the three groups(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Patients with AECOPD have different trajectories of unmet needs.And it is recommended that medical staff implement dynamic assessment and targeted supportive care according to the group variability of patients.关键词
